Starter
Bruschettta with balsamic infused tomato and onion salsa, basil, fetta

Entree (choice of)
Braised Pork Belly served with a warm tomato salsarrette
or
Prawn Cocktail of fresh local prawns with an avocado salsa and cocktail sauce

Main (choice of)
Chicken Florentine Tender Breast stuffed with toasted pine nuts, spinach and camenbert cheese, served on a sundried tomato risotto with our own hollandaise
or
Herb Infused Barramundi with oven roasted chat potatoes with a lemon and dill sauce
or
Eye Fillet served with glazed shallots, roasted chat potatoes and red wine jus

Dessert – can be added for additional $6- per person
